Seventeen tracks, and a job only has to match one.

Pick as many as apply. We work out what a job is from its own title and description instead of trusting the employer's department menu, so a program manager role filed under operations still gets to the TPM track.

Why we read the posting instead of filtering on keywords

A keyword filter would be simpler and it would be wrong about a lot of jobs. Three cases where it falls over.

The same job has a dozen names
Business operations, strategic finance, chief of staff and special projects are often the same job. A keyword filter finds one of them.
Seniority hides in the title
Search for the word intern and you get senior jobs that mention mentoring interns. We read level as level, not as a keyword.
Companies file the same job differently
TPM sits under engineering at one employer and under operations at the next. The posting knows what it is. The menu doesn't.
