The interview process

Most programs start with an online application that includes competency questions, plus an on-demand video interview. The video format gives you 30 seconds to prepare each answer and up to three minutes to respond, and the bank asks you to use at least a minute and 45 seconds.

First and second rounds, where they exist, happen by phone, on-demand video, on campus, or at an office. The final round varies by line of business and centers on interviews with people from the business you applied to; for banking and markets, candidates describe a technical component such as a valuation or markets question.
