- A case competition for second-year students in which teams help a nonprofit solve a real business problem, building core consulting skills along the way.
- Student Leadership Program
- A semester-long program for second-year students built on one-on-one mentorship and virtual learning calls with Accenture leaders, meant to show what consulting life looks like from the inside.
- MBA Internship Program
- A 10-week summer internship for first-year MBA students that mirrors the full-time Strategy Consultant role, working in small teams led by a strategy executive.
When Accenture posts internships
No single national deadline exists for the Summer Analyst Program. Roles are posted on Accenture's careers site under the internship filter and recruited by location and business area. The program is for third-year students, so most people apply in junior year, and campus recruiting has ramped up in the fall.
