- A ten-week summer program: orientation and training, then day-to-day work in your division, with mentoring from senior professionals, presentation training, and consideration for a full-time offer. Divisions include Investment Banking, Fixed Income, Equities, Research, Wealth Management, and corporate teams.
- Investment Banking Insight Day
- A one-day, in-person program in New York for sophomores, hosted by the firm's Employee Resource Group Council. Participants meet senior leaders and analysts and can opt into the interview process for the following summer's internship.
- JNOBLE Fellowship Program
- A fellowship run through the Jefferies Network of Black and Latino Employees. Selected fellows get a senior mentor, quarterly in-person and virtual programming, and a summer internship.
When Jefferies posts internships
Jefferies posted its first summer 2027 roles around December 2025, about a year and a half before the internship. Investment banking goes first; corporate function roles have posted later in the cycle.
The Investment Banking Insight Day runs in the fall. For the class of 2029, applications were due October 2, 2026 and the event was November 6, shortly before the next round of banking postings.
