- Paid internships and co-ops in the U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific, on real projects with a mentor. U.S. intern postings have included Santa Clara and San Diego, and recent software engineering internships ran 12 weeks. Who can apply
ServiceNow hires undergraduate and graduate students; there are no high school internships. Engineering roles expect a computer science, software engineering, or similar major, but ServiceNow says it welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, and business roles don't require a technical degree.

The interview process

The technical rounds cover data structures and algorithms plus some databases, multithreading, and system fundamentals, which fits an enterprise workflow platform. Interviewers pay attention to how you reason before you start coding.
